A complete top-to-bottom whole house remodel every room, every system, fully managed by CCR.
This Fremont whole-house remodel transformed an uninhabitable, neglected property into a fully updated, market-ready home. The project covered every room and every system — kitchen, three bathrooms, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, lighting, carpet, exterior, and garage — managed entirely by CCR from start to finish.
The homeowner, a returning CCR client, purchased the property as an investment and trusted Mario to handle every decision, every trade, and every phase of the project. His only job was to wait for the finished result.

Carlos had purchased the Fremont property as an investment and came to CCR with a straightforward ask, handle everything. As a returning customer, he already knew what Mario could deliver. This time, the scope was bigger — a complete whole-house remodel with CCR making the design decisions, coordinating all trades, and managing every phase.

The goal was a fully updated, market-ready home. New kitchen, three renovated bathrooms, fresh flooring throughout, updated electrical and plumbing, new lighting, new paint, and a cleaned-up exterior. Carlos also added appliances, window blinds, and garage prep before signing.

This wasn't a cosmetic refresh. When Mario walked the property, it was clear the home had been vacant for an extended period and required serious remediation before any finish work could begin.
The conditions shaped every decision about materials, sequencing, and approach — and they make the finished result all the more significant.
Our planning guide covers how to sequence a project like this.
With a project this complex, sequence matters. CCR worked through the home systematically, remediation first, rough work second, finishes last in order to avoid rework and keep the project on track

Full demo of the kitchen and both bathrooms. A smoke-deadening primer was applied to all surfaces, with an odor-neutralizing additive mixed into the paint throughout the home. COIT was brought in to treat the entire HVAC duct system, addressing the source of the odor, not just the surface.

Dry rot and mold discovered during demo were fully repaired before any rough-in work began. No shortcuts, structural integrity came first.

New rough-in plumbing for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, hood vent, two toilets, three vanity sinks, and shower trim-out. Electrical rough-in for recessed lighting throughout, ceiling fans in every bedroom, a chandelier at the staircase, new plugs and switches on both floors, and fire alarms and CO sensors.

New sheetrock installed and finished throughout. European-style shaker cabinets with soft close hardware installed in the kitchen and all three bathrooms. Arctic White quartz countertops fabricated and installed across 64 square feet of kitchen and vanity surfaces.

New LVT flooring installed on the entire first floor and the second-floor bathroom. New carpet with fresh padding installed on the staircase and throughout the second floor. Transition strips installed throughout.

A fire primer coat applied to all surfaces, followed by two coats of Swiss Coffee throughout, one consistent tone that gave the home a clean, unified feel. All new baseboard, door trim, doorknobs, hinges, and cabinet hardware installed. New closet doors and interior doors throughout.

The upstairs shower was refinished by Miracle Method and fitted with a new sliding glass door, a cost-effective alternative to a full replacement. New LED recessed lights, ceiling fans, vanity lights, accent lighting, and new appliances installed throughout.
Every home and every project is different. Let's talk about your goals and what's possible.
This Fremont whole-house remodel required solving problems most contractors never encounter on a single job — odor remediation, structural repair, full systems replacement, and a complete finish package — all managed by CCR from start to finish.

The finished home is unrecognizable from what CCR started with. Clean LVT floors run through the entire first floor. New carpet lines the staircase and second floor. Every bathroom has updated vanities, quartz countertops, and fresh fixtures. The kitchen is fully outfitted with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Swiss Coffee paint ties every room together with one cohesive tone.
The property Carlos purchased as a project became a home, he could be proud to put on the market. Delivered without him managing a single phone call.

"Mario has done two remodels for me, and he has exceeded my expectations each time. The second project was a complete top-to-bottom remodel, and Mario handled every aspect from paint to flooring. I was especially impressed with his communication and the value he provided throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Cordeiro Remodeling!"
